An amazing week (in the Texas sun) working with various teams at Baylor University. A relationship management team being led by John Crandall and David Cortes is off to a great start in their holistic corporate engagement journey. While there are two very famous silo's in Waco (Magnolia), Baylor's holistic effort is poised to dismantle their institutions silos.
