"Working with UNITE has converted the collaborative spirit at Gonzaga University into practical application. The 'UNITE 5' process provides structure, organization and consistency in deepening engagement with corporate partners. Thanks to this process, partners appreciate being acknowledged for their current engagement and are very interested in discussing ways to strengthen these partnerships. Gonzaga’s campus partners have experienced a greater awareness, understanding and support of each other's goals. We are seeing the broadening of strategic conversations occurring, which is translating into greater opportunities for both students and partners. Chris and Christy feel like extended members of Gonzaga’s team, guiding and coaching us through each step in the process and creating a sustainable model that works for the University’s culture while holding us accountable to the vision we set out to achieve."
